Reservation, Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Welcome to The Neeraj Ganga Paradise. To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all our guests, kindly read our reservation, cancellation, and amendment policies carefully before confirming your booking.

I. Reservation Policy

Arrival & Departure Policy

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into the hotel.
Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: Before 10:00 AM

If our check-in or check-out timings do not align with your travel plans, please inform us in advance. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may be chargeable.

Guest Identification Policy

All guests are required to present a valid original government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

Accepted ID proofs include:

Aadhar Card
Driving License
Voter ID
Passport

Please note:

PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity proof.
Without valid original identification, check-in may be denied as per government regulations.

Reservation Rights

The Neeraj Ganga Paradise reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if:

fraudulent activity is suspected
incorrect information has been provided
booking errors or pricing discrepancies occur
inappropriate or unlawful activity is identified

Guest Responsibility

Guests are requested to:

maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the rooms and hotel premises
avoid damage to hotel property and assets

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be chargeable.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

To maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests, a penalty of INR 5,000 will be applicable for smoking inside the room.

Meals & Dining Timings

Breakfast: 07:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch: 12:30 PM to 03:30 PM
Dinner: 07:30 PM to 10:30 PM

If you have any dietary preferences or food allergies, kindly inform us while making your reservation. Our team will try its best to accommodate your requirements.

Child Policy

Children up to 10 years of age can stay complimentary with parents using the existing bedding.
Children between 10 to 12 years will be charged 50% of the adult rate.

Taxes

An 18% GST will be applicable on the total booking amount and will be charged additionally.

Payment Terms

We accept payments via:

Credit/Debit Cards
Online Payment Gateway Links
Bank Transfers/Deposits

To confirm a reservation:

100% payment for the first night is required in advance.

II. Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings

Cancellation or amendment requests are accepted only if informed at least 07 days before the arrival date.
Post this period, retention charges may apply and amendments may not be permitted.

Group Bookings

For group reservations:

cancellation or amendment requests must be informed at least 30 days before arrival.

Refund Policy

No refund will be applicable after check-in.
No refund will be provided for early departures or unused services/facilities.
Same-day cancellations are subject to charges for the full stay duration.

Refunds for international payments:

Any booking amount received from outside India cannot be refunded outside India.

Please Note:

Any applicable refund transfer or banking charges shall be borne by the guest.

III. Amendment Policy

Booking amendments are allowed only up to 07 days prior to arrival.
Extensions of stay are subject to room availability and current room tariffs.
Current room rates at the time of extension may differ from the original booking rates.

Natural Calamity Policy

In case of unavoidable natural calamities occurring before your stay period, date modification requests may be considered subject to availability.
